From a private club -- started in 1959 -- to a premier public golf course, Rawiga Golf Club has had quite the transformation. The club features a well maintained championship golf course, a challenging 18-hole play designed by architect E.L. Packard. A capital improvements project completed in 2008 renovated 148,000-square-feet of cart paths, reconstructed 11 sand traps and added three new tees. Rawiga also offers a practice area, golf shop, clubhouse, banquet hall and swimming pool.
