Absolutely the worst customer service in Central Ohio. I booked a tee time online. When I showed up to the course it showed that the tee time was overbooked. Mind you this is early March, and no one is on the course. I booked the tee time for 4 people but online it booked 6 people. I was told that 2 had already gone out, an hour before the tee time. So I said ok, what can we do. I was told to go play and "something would get figured out." Well what got "figured out" was that at the turn we were rudely told that we owed $58. Full price! They would not work with us. The gentleman at the club house said he "didn't want to get fired". I have played this course probably 30 times over the last couple years. They have assured that I will never return as they do not care about their customers.

The course is nice but not worth what they charge and the proshop staff is very rude.
