With acres of wetlands, large oak trees, seven ponds and a natural creek, Glenross Golf Club is a daily-fee club with an upscale private-club feel. Opened in 2006, this 6,600-yard par 70, which was designed by Jack Kidwell, features more than 50 bunkers. On many of the holes, trees were added to make the holes more challenging. The signature hole is the par-3 14th, which is all carry over water to an undulating green. The club's facilities include an extensive golf shop, an on-site bar called the Glenross Pub and a banquet hall.

Absolutely the worst customer service in Central Ohio. I booked a tee time online. When I showed up to the course it showed that the tee time was overbooked. Mind you this is early March, and no one is on the course. I booked the tee time for 4 people but online it booked 6 people. I was told that 2 had already gone out, an hour before the tee time. So I said ok, what can we do. I was told to go play and "something would get figured out." Well what got "figured out" was that at the turn we were rudely told that we owed $58. Full price! They would not work with us. The gentleman at the club house said he "didn't want to get fired". I have played this course probably 30 times over the last couple years. They have assured that I will never return as they do not care about their customers.

The course is nice but not worth what they charge and the proshop staff is very rude.
