Gleneagles Golf Club, which is owned by the city of Twinsburg, is ranked as one of the area's top 15 most challenging courses, though, it is more player friendly than it seems. Beginners won't feel too out of place but accuracy is needed on this course with water coming into play on 11 holes and more than 20 strategically placed bunkers. The water hazards are particularly tricky. The fairways are lush and manicured and the well maintained greens putt fast and true. There are also some significant elevation changes throughout the golf course. A smattering of trees dots the landscape but most of the holes are wide open. It is a good challenge without being too intimidating. In addition to the course, Gleneagles Golf Club offers a driving range and putting green for golfers to warm up before their tee time.

The course is not extremely long, but it includes many narrow fariways with trouble when not in the fairway. The green are in very good condition and most have slope to consider when putting. The eighth green is very unusal with a large slope on one side.
    Great experience.
