Knoll Run Golf Course
1421 Struthers Coitsville RdKnoll Run Golf Course is a challenging 18-hole layout in Lowellville. Don't let the seemingly mild yardage fool you. This course may only be 6,400 yards but there are plenty of challenges in store. Water comes into play on several holes and there are a number of tricky doglegs throughout. One prime example is the par-4 14th, which doglegs in a nearly 90-degree angle to the left. Stands of trees line the fairways as well, but perhaps the biggest challenges on the course are presented by the greens. The subtly contoured surfaces are made even tougher with the addition of strategically placed bunkers. Knoll Run Golf Course's back nine is slightly longer and more difficult. It's a fair but fun test that's not overly demanding and players of any skill level can appreciate the affordability of this public golf course.
