Won't go back. Asked for ice for my adult beverages and was told its against course policy and was provided a small cup of ice. It was 93 degrees when we played. The practice putting green was closed and you CANT drive carts in the parking lot. So you CANT have ice. That's ok I know 4 people not going back to this creeper course!

The desk staff at Pine Hills was very nice and congenial, however, I had a problem that resulted from other clients' use of the facility, and when I tried to pursue the issue with course management, I received no help, no follow-through, and was essentially told that no matter what I did I would receive no help from them. I don't know what kind of business can get away with being so rude and dismissive, particularly when I went against my better judgment and allowed them the opportunity to handle the situation rather than calling police. They pretended to look into the situation and then told me that I could submit a police report which the lawyer would read and use to decide whether they would submit the issue to their insurance company. All-in-all a horrible course run by very inconsiderate and unethical business persons.
