Having played Good Park weekly for several years the overall condition has improved, with the exception of Mother Nature.
The biggest complaint is the hostility of the clubhouse staff. They are rude and totally lack and customer service skills. If I did not like the course I would not spend my hard earned money at this course.
This opinion is shared by many people the staff is pathetic, rude and a disgrace to the City of Akron.
There are many people who have experience this behavior and will not come back.
For everyone who voices their opinion and is
heard there are far more that feel the same way who do not complain and tell many people of their poor experience and advise them that this is a place they should not waste their money on a course that does not appreciate their business.
