played here a few weekends ago($55.00) and ended up with a terrible mark in the grooves of my sandwedge. hit a rock that was buried beneath the ball about the size of my fist. next time i'll take a drop and stroke.

| Sand Traps Condition |

I agree with the previous writer and add that I believe it is the one thing that causes many golfers not to return to play the course again. The new practice of not mowing around the tops of traps will cause the same kind of reluctance to return. Most of us are not pros and the penalty of being in or close around a trap is enough, already !!! Otherwise, thanks to the team at Walden Ponds for their great service.

I HAVE PLAYED THIS COURSE MANY TIMES, AND HAVE YET TO SEE THE BUNKERS IN NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE CONDITION. MOSTLY MUD AND HUGE ROCKS. SO IF YOU WANNA PLAY IN MUD AND ROCKS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR PICK AND SHOVEL
