6th Annual Golf Around Miami Valley to be held at the Mall at Fairfield Commons and the Dayton Mall

DAYTON, OH - Getting tempted by the 60 degree weather in January? Can't wait to get back out on the beautiful greens to perfect that putt? Well here's your chance to hone your putting skills in the most unlikely venue and at the height of winter! The Epilepsy Foundation of Western Ohio presents its 6th Annual Golf Around Miami Valley.

Golf Around Miami Valley will be held at the Mall at Fairfield Commons February 1 - 18th and at the Dayton Mall March 1 - 17th.

This event is a unique 18-hole miniature golf course constructed inside the malls.

These one-of-a-kind golf holes are being constructed by area architects and builders to replicate local famous, historic and popular landmarks of the Miami Valley. Seven new holes join the event this year including the Fifth Third Field hole "Take me out to the Ballgame" which will allow you to watch your golf swing on video, Inventing Flight hole "The Wright Way", and the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery hole.

This gives golfers of all levels the opportunity to join in some fun and show off their skills while supporting a worthwhile cause. All proceeds benefit the residents of 11 Western Ohio counties to include: Montgomery, Clark, Greene, Preble, Miami, Darke, Mercer, Auglaize, Shelby, Champaign and Logan.

There is still time to enter the "Corporate Challenge" taking place on February 16th, where foursomes from some of Dayton's
top corporations will be sending teams to compete.
