According to James V. Stouffer, Jr., CEO of the Catawba Island Club, "Our goal for the past 35 years has been to provide a family-oriented setting complemented by services and facilities for an active lifestyle."
The condominium units at The Sanctuary will surround a 10-acre inland lake on the grounds, while Harbor's Edge is located next to the Club's 330-slip marina. Both communities feature views of the Arthur Hills designed golf holes, which are under construction and will be playable next season. These homes will feature three bedrooms with first-floor master suites. Spacious patios will provide intimate areas for relaxing or entertaining guests, while enjoying the casual pace of passing friends as they engage in a leisurely round of golf.
Catawba Island Club is located midway between Toledo and Cleveland, just north of the State Route 53 North (Catawba Island) exit off of State Route 2.
