The Golf Center at King Island boasts two golf courses created by the design team of jack Nicklaus and Desmond Muirhead, the championship Grizzly Course and the mid-length Bruin Course. There is also an Academy Course with four championship holes. Bruin has all of the challenges of its sister course but on a smaller scale. It is still player friendly enough fro a range of skill levels though. Nicklaus and Muirhead were able to incorporate the rolling terrain, water hazards, and strategically placed bunkers on this short, enjoyable layout. The narrow fairways are also lined with trees. It offers excellent short game practice with enough variety to have you using all of the clubs in your bag. There are also two sets of tees that allow golfers to play the layout as an 18-hole golf course.
