The original of two 18-hole layouts at Foxfire Golf Club, the Foxfire Course, which opened in 1975, is a classic design by Jack Kidwell. Stretching for more than 6,900 yards from the back tees, the course is a well conditioned, all-bentgrass layout that includes tight fairways, large sloping greens, big trees and plenty of water and sand. The golf course is a little less challenging than its sister course that opened in 1993, but it will test all players. Water comes into play on eight holes, and the course's signature hole is a par 5 that measures some 630 yards with an uphill approach to the green.

Terrific course; watched Zeke and the Surgeon Hagler
suffer thru many slashing, club throwing journeys around there in early 2000's...toughest of the public courses in Central Ohio.
