Have played this par 3 course for years and always enjoyed it ... noticed the past couple years they were taking less and less care of it. Just played again a few days ago 5/22/20 and have never seen the 9-holes in worse condition. Fairways are nothing but crabgrass and bare spots, dirt, mud, weeds. The greens are terrible, bare spots, fungi that looked like little brown mushrooms growing on greens. The tee boxes were unbelievably bad
It was $7.50/each to walk 9-holes ... for less than $4 more i can go walk 9-holes at a nice full size course.
This course was for sale last year but never sold, i am guessing the owner is financially burdened as it is expensive to take proper care of a golf course .. it's obvious very little to no chemicals are being used to control weeds etc. If this continues i am afraid the business will dwindle as people will go elsewhere
