The course has a rolling terrain that is dotted with ponds and lakes. Meandering streams also cut across the golf course. Needless to say, there are some tricky holes featuring water. The contoured fairways are lined with trees and the undulating greens are bordered by both sand and grass bunkers. The winding layout also offers a mix of left and right doglegs. The 17th is Ellsworth Meadows Golf Club's signature hole and it presents one of the most difficult risk-reward decisions. With a long tee shot you will be faced with the question of whether to lay up and leave yourself with a short approach to the hole or go for the long, demanding iron or fairway wood into the green.
