Kittyhawk Golf Center is Ohio's largest public golf facility with three 18-hole courses. The courses are conveniently situated just north of downtown Dayton and they each offer a very different round. The challenging Eagle Course is the longest and most difficult while the Hawk is the original course that has a more traditional layout. The Hawk is gentle enough for beginners but there is also the Falcon Course (formerly known as Kitty Executive). This golf course is an ideal option for both beginners and those looking to get in a quick, but challenging round. Don't let the short length deceive you though, the course should not be underestimated. The layout consists of sixteen par 3s and only two par 4s. The holes are pretty straightforward though there are a few water hazards and strategically placed bunkers that come into play. There are some great opportunities to get some iron practice.
