Kittyhawk Golf Center provides three 18-hole courses, each with a different character, conveniently situated just north of downtown Dayton. Kittyhawk is Ohio's largest public golf facility. There are two championship courses, the Hawk and the Eagle, and the Kitty is an executive course that is comprised of mostly par-3 holes. The Hawk is the center's original course, and has a traditional layout that will appeal to players of all skill levels. It is shorter than the other course and also less difficult. Beginners will want to try their hand at this course before attempting to tackle the more intimidating Eagle Course. The Hawk still has plenty of challenges to offer though. Water comes into play frequently and there are several bunkers strategically placed throughout. There are a few holes that offer quite a bit of length as well.
