The par-72 Westchester Golf Course is located in Canal Winchester, OH. The course opened for play 1997 and has provided a memorable golf experience for every player ever since. The course was designed by Dr. Michael Hurdzan, ASGCA, and features a course rating of 73.6 and a slope rating of 128 from the championship tees. At over 7,100 from the back tees, the course offers a challenging layout highlighted by several water hazards.

- This is a great course to play for the weekend and evening golfer. The holes are not the most challenging you'll find in Ohio, but for the price it can't be beat. The course is very well maintained, although one day the ball marks on the greens could have been a little less prominent later in the day (no fault of the course in my opinion - bad golf etiquette by some players). I've played this course 3-4 times in as many weeks and have no other complaints. The carts are top of the line with plenty of get up and go. As with any course, they may be the occasional slow group, but everyone I've met has been very accommodating and willing to let a twosome play through.The greens and fairways are well maintained. The bunkers are so bad I would not let my 8 year play in them. The thick grass all around the course makes me feel like I am on a farm for cows;not a golf course. The clubhouse is a trailer. Why dont' ytou just put tables at the first hole.Played my first round this season on this challenging and well maintained course. One of the nicest courses I've played in central Ohio. Friendly staff and course care were the highlights my experience. Well worth the price and drive!
