I have been playing this course for 30 years. This once beautiful golf course is now a poor choice for golf in the area.

The pricing, especially if you bring kids, is subjective. There is no pricing for the juniors and is left up to whatever mood the manager is in, which is dependent on how many Bud Selects he has had that afternoon. The course itself is poorly maintained. The greens aren't watered regularly, not sure they are ever rolled. The high cut on the greens makes them horribly slow. There hasn't been sand in the bunkers in years... Opting instead for rocky dirt.

The "staff" on a busy Saturday is one high school girl taking money and the manager at the bar. By 1;00 there are no clean carts and we have been left stranded more than once by the poorly maintained carts breaking down.

Spend your money at another course in the area. It will be money better spent and a round of golf that is more enjoyable.

This course is my favorite, so far, in the area. Teeing off for the first time on the first hole, I loved it. I may have gone into the trees, but the tree lined holes allow you to still play. You won't be playing drops due to lost balls in woods, and I loved that. The rolling hills on several holes made things even more interesting. Course is well maintained and has several creeks running through it making you choose the soft play or go full on. The only real downfall I had was the golf carts could use some updating. But the course itself was wonderful.
