St. Albans Golf Club

St. Albans Golf Club in Alexandria is one of the finest public golf courses in central Ohio. The course sprawls across rolling countryside dotted with numerous ponds and stands of mature trees. Lobdell Creek also weaves through the layout. The terrain provides a few challenges but without any hidden hazards, it's not an overly difficult golf course. Water comes into play occasionally and there are a few strategically placed traps. It's player friendly enough though for beginners to approach with confidence. The distances between the tees and greens are short, making it a great course for walking. St. Albans Golf Club may not be a formidable test, but it offers one of the most affordable rounds of golf in the greater Columbus area and its proximity to both Columbus and Newark makes it a great spot for an outing.
